1. How much does your professional installation and equipment cost?
Each project is different. The cost of our professional services depends on several factors, including the number of light strings necessary, the type of displays you want created and the amount of labor to create your Christmas display. As a general rule, our prices range from as little as $150.00 for set-up and take-down including our own professional light strings to as high as several thousand dollars for large residential or commercial displays.
2. How do you price your projects?
When you contact Oregon Christmas Lights, our staff will come out to your residence or place of business and consult with you on the many types of lighting options and displays available to you. We will measure the amount of lighting needed and estimate labor for installation free of charge. After understanding what type of display you would like to create, we will create a proposal to fit your needs. Oregon Christmas Lights wants your business. We work hard to create beautiful displays to fit into any budget. At this time we will schedule a time to take care of the work. Please ask about our Early Customer Discount! Oregon Christmas Lights will provide a discount if we are able to install our displays early in November compared to the late season rush just before and after Thanksgiving.
3. Who takes the lights down at the end of the season?
Oregon Christmas Lights provides complete before and after service. Installing and taking down the displays is part of our service. The quote we provide to our clients includes both set-up and take down. We begin taking lights down on January 5th and continue to do so through the third week of January.
4. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes! Customer service is essential in our business. Because much of our business is referral-based,our success depends on your complete satisfaction. We are always happy to make changes or add more to any display. Oregon Christmas Lights' goal is to develop long-lasting customer relationships. As with any outdoor project, a number of things can develop including nasty Oregon weather. When things happen we are here to help. We are prepared to deals with the wind, rain, and other unforeseen problems. If there is a problem, our professional staff will return to troubleshoot whatever problem exists quickly and efficiently.
5. Do you provide the Christmas lighting and decorations? What if we want to use our existing equipment?
Oregon Christmas Lights can provide commercial grade professional equipment or use existing equipment. When using a client's existing equipment, we ask that all equipment be in good working order. When using a client's lights and supplies, we ask that you have working and safe equipment, enough to complete the job and be in ready-to-use condition. If you don't have lights, or don't have enough, we have a full inventory for you to choose from. Oregon Christmas Lights provides a full range of commercial grade professional lighting to complete the job.
